Boots Pharmaceuticals released one million flower petals into the air last night (24 June) to raise awareness of night-time hay fever symptoms.

The multicoloured activation took place at St Christopher’s Place in London at 8pm.

Visitors to the shopping district could dance under falling colours of pink, yellow and blue.

The stunt was designed to showcase how pollen falls at the end of the day as the air cools and encouraged people to take control of their hay fever using a variety of products so that it does not affect their sleeping patterns.
