The companies, who worked on 80 Carnival of Knowledge events for Hendrick’s, also picked up the awards for Best New Event, Best Brand Activity at a Festival or Public Event and Creative Event of the Year.
Other winners on the night included Heart Productions, which won Best Brand Experience Event for Share A Coke 2013, and Media 10, which took home the gong for Best Exhibition with its Ideal Home Show. Brand Experience Agency of the Year, which was sponsored by Mash Staffing, was awarded to Amplify.
There was also an opportunity for the audience to vote for the winner of Event and Sternberg Clarke's talent competition Beat the Brief. Four acts, including an off-the-cuff rapper and pirate-themed musical duo, took to the stage to win guests' Twitter votes. Beatboxing group Beatvox was voted as this year's winner.
TV presenter Rick Edwards compered the evening, overseeing the distribution of 24 awards. Taking place after a three-course dinner provided by caterer Zafferano, winners and finalists celebrated the ceremony at the after-party held at the venue, which featured performances from venue Cirque le Soir and live band The Lionels.
Yasmin Arrigo, editor-in-chief at Event, said: "The turnout for this year's awards has been incredible and we're delighted that so many representatives from agencies, venues, suppliers and associations attended our annual celebration of what the industry has achieved in the last 12 months."
