The branded double-decker bus has been stopping off at various retail sites across the UK since 24 August, inviting kids and adults on board to celebrate '100 years of colour’ with games, activities, themed play areas and performances.
Craft brand Crayola enlisted the help of promotional vehicle provider Promohire to supply and brand the bus, which targeted key back-to-school buying periods over the end of the summer holidays.
Character performers, Pip and Tip, were on hand to guide families through the various games and activities.
Visitors were encouraged to upload their pictures from the bus onto the Crayola Bus Tour Facebook event page for their chance to win a limited edition Crayola 100th Anniversary bundle.
Simon Shrager, head of business development at Promohire, said: "It has been very exciting for us to work on this project with Crayola and we are thrilled with how the bus came to life to mark this fantastic occasion for the brand.
"There was a quick turnaround required for the project, and the team managed the entire conversion of the vehicle inside and out in 30 days... We are so pleased that the bus helped to bring about a successful and memorable campaign for Crayola – not to mention a fun and immersive experience for fans nationwide!"
