For the month of July four cocktails are being offered to customers exclusively at Selfridges’ restaurants: Harry Gordon’s Bar, The Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar, Aubaine and Selfridges’ rooftop restaurant, Forest.
This collaboration began when The Botanist led Selfridges’ bartenders on a foraging expedition through Hampstead Heath to harvest a selection of wild ingredients. These were then infused with The Botanist Gin to create delicious and innovative syrups.
The four cocktails include The Urban Botanist, The Botanist Wild Cherry, The Botanist Fizz and The Botanist Garden.
The initiative launched with a pop-up on the roof terrace showcasing the brand.
To celebrate the partnership, customers will also receive two forage-friendly enamel tumblers with any purchase of The Botanist 70cl, a gift exclusive to Selfridges.
