The ship – one of 15 which will be offering hospitality cruises during the Olympics – left North Greenwich’s QE2 Pier at 5pm.
The European, traditionally-rigged sailing ship was in London for Sail Royal Greenwich which will see 15 tall ships travel from Woolwich Arsenal to Tower Bridge and back twice a day from 25 July to 12 August.
Visitors were welcomed by London Launch founder Will Broome and Sail Royal Greenwich, and dined on a taster selection from the menu designed by Michelin star chefs Richard Corrigan and Ron Blauuw which will be available on the ships.
Guests braved the cloudy weather to see landmarks like the O2, Tower Bridge and Canary Warf from the water, which lit up as the sun set.To leave a comment register and let us know your thoughts.
