The show was hosted by Davina McCall and transmitted live on Sky1 HD and Sky 3D from 6pm.

Irish dance troupe Prodijig beat nine other finalists to be crowned the winners in front of a 6,000-strong audience.

The show was produced by Princess Productions, and the judging panel included Kimberly Wyatt of Pussycat Dolls fame, Adam Garcia and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo.

"We’re delighted to welcome this event back to the Grand Hall for the second year," said Suzie Pollock, live event manager at EC&O Venues. She added: "The venue celebrates 125 years of outstanding events this year and will once again provide a truly spectacular backdrop to showcase the finalists’ talent."
