The preview gave guests a taster of the main event, taking place at Bluewater's Glow from 12–15 April.
Martin and Smith hosted a series of short food demos throughout the day and signed autographs for dedicated Saturday Kitchen fans.
Martin said: "Olly Smith and I have had a great time meeting Buewater’s guests, cooking live on stage and of course tasting the local Kent wine. Can’t wait for the real thing in April."
Rebecca Cardozo, venue director at Glow, Bluewater, said: "Today's event highlights the benefits of holding experiential shows at Glow."
