Sodexo said the acquisition of Peyton Events, the event catering arm of Peyton and Byrne, will accelerate its growth in landmark London locations and strengthen its presence in the capital. The purchase will enable Sodexo to create a platform from which to develop creative propositions for both its clients and customers.
The newly acquired contracts will continue to be led by Oliver and Siobhan Peyton, who founded the company in 2005. Oliver will lead on product development, support business development and foster culinary talent in his role as creative director and Siobhan will continue to manage the existing contracts and operations in her capacity as managing director of those contracts.

Peyton Events operates in some of the capital’s most prestigious venues including The National Gallery, The Wallace Collection, Royal Academy of Arts, IWM London, Saatchi Gallery and The Institute of Contemporary Arts. Sodexo has long-standing client relationships with Ascot Racecourse, RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
