The Park Lane Hotel's Palm Court

The Park Lane Hotel's Palm Court will be hosting a Sovereign Afternoon Tea on the day of the Royal Wedding, with a specially created menu by the hotel's executive chef Andrew Bennett and pastry chef Sarah Hartnett.

A selection of sandwiches will be served including poached Scottish salmon and brown shrimps with citrus mayonnaise on granary bread, coronation chicken on sultana bread, and mini quails egg and spinach Benedict.

For dessert, there be Bramley apple and golden raisin homemade scones, English fruit cake, rosewater and raspberry macaroons.

Each guest will receive a gift of a cup and saucer set, created especially by Churchill China for The Park Lane Hotel’s Sovereign Afternoon Tea to commemorate the British Royal Wedding.

The package costs £45 per person.
