Hosted by the British Paralympic Association, the celebratory event is encouraging members of the public to test their skills by trying out more than a dozen disability sports, while also finding out more about local sports opportunities.
It is being activated by creative agency Avantgarde and has already made stops in Stoke Mandeville and London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It will visit Cardiff's National Indoor Athletics Centre on 9 September, followed by Stoke-on-Trent (10 September) and Nottingham (17 September), concluding in Edinburgh on 18 September.
Sophie Barker, account manager at Avantgarde, said: "This is a fantastic event programme to work on as it makes a massive difference to audiences across the UK. A lot of people are unaware of the range of opportunities of disability sports they can take part in; this event does an amazing job of raising awareness and getting people involved in sports in their local area."
Avantgarde has been involved in delivering the event since 2014, and has seen it grow in size and success. "In 2014 we attended two locations and provided six different sport experiences for the pubic to participate in, which has now grown to feature six nationwide locations and up to 23 different sports," added Barker.
