Chef Mehernosh Mody is hosting a cookery master class on the last Friday of every month, which is available as a corporate package.
Packages start with a tour of the kitchens, followed by cookery demonstrations from Mehernosh showing how he reinterpreted traditional recipes to create La Porte signature fare like cassoulet de fruits de mer and poulet rouge.
Guests will then be able to taste everything over a three-course lunch. They will also receive a signed copy of the La Porte des Indes cookbook, a complimentary spice mix and a certificate of participation.
The class is £45 per person, and the next one is taking place on Friday 30 March.
