The agencies, part of the IEM group, will offer services from event strategy and design to AV and project management under the new name Owl Live.
Former clients include Adidas and Kellogg's.
Owl Live head of client services Amy Hapgood told Event: "We’re going to be a lot more involved in a client’s strategy and in ROI. The industry has evolved since the recession and companies don’t just have money to throw at events. They want to sit down and work out why they are doing an event and what return they can get out of it."
The groups have also redesigned their head office in Liverpool as part of the rebrand.
