The masterclasses will begin on 23 July at Kettner's in London's Soho and take place on Thursdays throughout the summer. Dad Academy experts from The Indytute and Contructa Kids will lead the workshops.
Kite Making will be the first event to take place, led by designer Chris Jarratt. Other classes planned include MineCraft Figure Making and Bread Making for Beginners.
The initiative aims to shed light on the issues being faced by Dads and children within the work/life balance, as well as the importance of creative play in childhood.
Ben Carter, marketing director of Not On The High Street, said: "As many working parents know, it can be extremely difficult to juggle a full time career whilst raising children.
"We hope our interactive Dad Academy workshops will encourage working dads to evaluate how much quality time they spend with their children and help them consider swapping their nine to five careers for something more flexible by turning their own creativity into a business opportunity."
