Nomadic Display is to combine its exhibitor training CDs, 'Exhibition Countdown' and 'Exhibition Manager', while also adding new material garnered from recent research. The result will be a CD tool available exclusively to exhibitors attending CMPi events.
The CMPi-branded CD, entitled 'Exhibition Professional', will be launched in September. Features will include interactive checklists, exhibiting tips, downloadable fact sheets and useful links.
Nomadic Display managing director Laura Moody said: "We believe a holistic approach to exhibitions is important. We want to help exhibitors improve every aspect of their exhibition performance, not just the physical appearance of their stand. Our CDs, training, stand packages and the roadshows we run in partnership with the Association of Exhibition Organisers are designed to deliver this and working in partnership with CMPi will allow us to target this activity to the exhibitors that need it most."
CMPi central services director Stephen Israel said: "Helping clients improve their exhibition performance encourages them to exhibit more frequently and effectively. This agreement with Nomadic allows us to provide our exhibitors with a unique, personalised service to increase their ROI on exhibiting."
Nomadic's Moody is currently in talks with one other organiser to sign a similar deal. The Exhibition Countdown CD has been used by exhibitors at shows such as the London Wine and Spirits Fair, organised by Brintex, and the National Venue Show, organised by Waypoint Exhibitions.
CMPi organises exhibitions in the UK, USA, Asia and Europe in around 20 industry sectors including healthcare, building and property, travel, entertainment, agriculture and print.
