There will be opportunities to take part in field goal kicking and quarterback challenges, and a mini football field with an NFL Play 60 zone will be available for younger players.

Each team playing in this year’s UK series will have designated stations on the street, allowing fans and passers-by to find out more about each.

The event, which is now in its third year, will kick off at noon with a performance from the Ohio State University Marching band, and once again the central London locale will be traffic-free throughout the day to make way for the celebrations.

There will be live music and entertainment throughout the day, including on-stage interviews with legends of the game and appearances from the Jacksonville Jaguars’ and Buffalo Bills’ top players, as well as performances by the former team's cheerleaders.

The 2015 International Series began on 4 October when the Miami Dolphins played the New York Jets.

The Jacksonville Jaguars will take on Buffalo Bills the day after the Regent Street takeover, meanwhile the Kansas City Chiefs will compete against the Detroit Lions on 1 November.
