Cavendish Conference Centre Group tackles waste issue

Cavendish Conference Centres is to trial a scheme that could make the company waste-neutral.
Dermot Waldron, venue manager of the Cavendish Conference Centre in Duchess Mews, said it is the first commercial conference venue to trial the scheme, which will result in all food waste being composted to produce liquid fertiliser.
The Cavendish Conference Centre Group comprises of five central London conference centres: ICO; Mayfair; Cavendish; America Square; and Hallam.
