Rugby boss joins Line Up

Paul Vaughan, Rugby Football Union business operations director, has joined the board of event agency Line Up as non-executive director.
Vaughan will be responsible for providing strategic advice and will support on Line Up's future growth and development.
"Having worked with Line Up in the past, I know that the creativity and quality of the agency's work is second to none," said Vaughan. "I'm looking forward to helping the directors find the best ways to keep driving the business forward."
"Paul's breadth of experience as first a brand marketer, then head of an agency and now as commercial head of a major sports body, gives him a unique perspective on our market," said Line Up managing director Duncan Beale. "He already knows our business well, and will be a tremendous asset as we seek to take the business to the next level."
The agency is one of the UK's longest-standing independent live event companies, and has produced major national and international events for clients such as Volvo, Indesit Company, Inchcape, GE Money and Compass Group.
