The Birmingham leg of the home interest exhibition Grand Designs Live, which is will take place between 9-11 October this year, will be staying at The NEC until 2011.
The venue's siste company The Ticket Factory has also securred a contract to provide ticketing services to both the Birmingham and London legs of the exhibition from 2010.
Organised by Media, 10 the Birmingham leg of the show will allow visitors the opportunity to attend seminars, check out more than 500 exhibitors and dine at the Jean-Christophe Novelli restaurant.
It will also feature the House of the Future, sponsored by Samsung, which will display futuristic gadgets for the home including a space-saving toilet that is also a sink and an environmentally-friendly waterless washing machine.
NEC managing director Kathryn James said: "I am very proud of the relationship that we have fostered with Media 10 and look forward to continuing to work with them to develop this event into the future."
