2 comment s on this article.Vauxhall, the car manufacturer, is to put on a roller-skating event for 16-24 year olds featuring Carl Barat, Sophie Ellis Bextor and roller-skates that resemble its automobiles.
The invite-only event, which takes place at a secret location in North London on 29 July, is billed as ‘70's disco meets Knight Rider on roller-skates'.
Specially commissioned Vauxhall Corsa roller boots and an pit-stop themed hair salon with free styling from a ‘huge name' in celebrity hairdressing will also feature.
DJs at the event include Carl Barat, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Remi Nicole.

The Vauxhall skates are super cool looking! The car look is awesome! The Rockit footboard has a cool car look as well, but not as super cool. Way to go Vauxhall! I am impressed! Have fun, be safe wearing a helmet and skate hard! beep! Beep!
