Four leading industry figures will make up the judging panel for the event industry's very own X-Factor-style competition's first round heat at the ISES summer networking party at Forman's Fish Island on 21 July.
This qualifying heat, from which one act will go through to the final at Event UK in the NEC from 22-23 September, will be the first of two before the final.
Compered by Event magazine editor, Jeremy King, the qualifying heat will see a number of acts perform live at the ISES summer party and judged by a panel that will include Sternberg Clarke managing director Adam Sternberg, Eventia CEO Izania Downie, ISES incoming president Zanine Adams and Forman's Fish Island owner Lance Foreman.
The second qualifying heat is set to take place at the end of August at Eventia's summer party, while Event readers will also get the chance to choose an act via eventmagazine.co.uk to head into the final at Event UK.
