The United Kingdom eSports Association (UKeSA) will use the event to conclude a three-month season fo online gaming competitions.
It is being held in the National Hall at Olympia on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June.
"Establishing live finals for the UKeSA leagues is an important part of our growth strategy," said UKeSA chief executive Ray Mia.
"It allows everyone interested in videogames to get up close to eSports, see for themselves why its popularity is exploding, meet the celebrities of the sport, and maybe have a go themselves. The finals will attract significant footfall from the eSports community, but adding in a gaming expo expands the audience massively."
