Fisher Productions is starting a marketing drive as it battles against budget cuts and industry redundancies.
The firm, which Event revealed planned job losses earlier this year, has brought in PR agency Magnum to expand its offering.
The appointment of Magnum means Fisher can now offer clients an in-house PR team to ensure that events are attended by press, paparazzi and key journalists. Alternatively, members of the press can be kept away dependent on client needs and wishes.
"These are challenging times worldwide. As an industry we need to remind our clients how high the true value of a well-targeted and strategically planned event can be. We need to be better focused on our clients and offer them more value than ever before," said Fisher MD Clare MacWatt. "Fisher is taking action to see that all its clients benefit from this. We understand the value in PR and marketing, and will be rolling out our new plan over the next year."
Fisher also announced it will be hosting a party to celebrate its 25th birthday this year.
