Picture gallery: Re-launch of Tobacco Dock

Dish was one of four caterers at the Re-Birthday of Tobacco Dock in Wapping. The others were Create, Nomad and Richmond.
The night showcased the 16,000sqm refurbished venue to the industry for the first time, with each company on the new preferred suppliers list showcasing their talents.
The preferred suppliers supporting the event included Fisher Productions, MCL, Sound by Design, Wise Productions and Visual Elements.
Entertainment was provided by Prelude, while Off to Work took care of staffing.
Other suppliers included Simply Bars, The Oyster Boys and Hire the Bar Man; florist Lavender Green; furniture providers Velvet Living and Well Dressed Tables; and Ice Box.
Tobacco Dock can accommodate up to 3,500 guests in 50 individual spaces.
