The Appointment Group and Prestige Ticketing also hosted the night at the film museum’s new Covent Garden space.

Guests were greeted in the Covent Garden Piazza by Vanquish Security and Matching Models before entering a ‘secret’ entrance into the new venue.

Ref:Tech handled badging, scanning and registration and Paul Farris Entertainment provided a ‘living statues’ which threw the ancient Olympic discus.

David MacCallum, sales director of Prestige Ticketing games the keynote speech on Olympic hospitality opportunities, with brands such as KPMG, Ernst and Young, Thompson Reuters, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and M&C Saatchi in the audience.

Champagne, cocktails and canapés were provided by new catering company Noble House Events.
