Guests enjoyed reception drinks and canapés by Dish in the Pacific Wreck, served on platters wrapped in copies of Peterson’s paintings. They included seared tuna with aubergine salsa and spring onion and chilli mix, created by caterer Dish.
They were then led to the Atlantic Cove to view Peterson’s latest works, displayed on easels. Bowl food such as Thai chicken curry and a mini salad of smoked salmon and prawns was served later in the evening with chocolate brownies to finish.
The Sea Life London Aquarium is operated by Merlin Events.
