The Open Consultancy goes into liquidation
The bulk of the cash owed by the six-year-old firm, owned by Hannah Atkinson and Clyde McKendrick, is to the taxman.
The agency had worked on events for clients including Coca Cola, Bombay Sapphire and Homeserve.
The Open Consultancy is being liquidated by Rimes and Co of Bewdley, the process began on 19 April this year.
Event's calls and emails have not yet been replied to.
