Where is it? On the corner of Ganton Street, just off London’s popular Carnaby Street and close to Liberty department store. What is it? A new Spanish-Italian eatery, sister restaurant to the award-winning Salt Yard on Goodge Street. What’s it got? Featuring banquette-seated bay windows, a -reclaimed oak parquet floor, high bench tables and a solid-oak charcuterie carving area, the restaurant has a relaxed feel and can seat up to 38 guests for dinner. For private functions of up to 12 people, organisers can use the private dining room, located in the basement. Complete with a glass-fronted wine cellar, the room will be available for tutored wine tastings, food and wine-matching dinners and the occasional visit by wine producers from Spain and Italy throughout the year.
