Wembley is planning to invest in its data highway link, providing Internet high speed data of any kind throughout the complex.
The decision follows a detailed review of the site's technical facilities.
The review has included an assessment of all technology ranging from jumbotrons (massive LED screens) through to overhead projectors. Ways of operating have been carefully considered and recommendations are being put forward for even more efficient and effective systems to be put in place.
Wembley technical manager Steve Lee said: 'Our capabilities for events requiring extensive IT facilities are already among the best in the country.
But the market moves fast and we are determined to stay at the forefront. For example, we are looking at the possibility of having high definition video tape running on plasma screens all around the venue during an event.'
Wembley marketing manager Mark Almond said: 'These changes could be hugely beneficial to organisers of events and visitors to Wembley.'
