Fashion Fusion Expo will feature catwalk shows, seminars and shopping opportunities when it takes place on 12 and 13 March.

Organiser London Designers Fashion Show (LDFS) is expecting 6,000 visitors at the event, which aims to give the public an opportunity to meet and buy from designers directly.

"Our event is a unique opportunity to buy from and interact with the fashion designers, as well as learn from sustainable experts, all under one roof," said LDFS' Eric Manu.

"Our aim is to put this not-to-be missed annual event firmly on the fashion calendar."

Dr Nicola Thomas, founder of global eco fashion guide SustainyourStyle.com, which sponsors the event, added: "As many of these exclusive design labels have not yet found their way onto the retail high street, consumers will be able to buy stylish new clothes that not only express their conscience with individuality, but at discount prices too."
