The next fair is scheduled to take place from 13-16 June and will showcase more than 100 galleries under one roof. It is expected to attract in excess of 18,500 visitors.
Neptunus will be given just one week to install 5,050sqm of temporary exhibition space including toilets, a café and an information centre due to restricted working hours at the site.
A robust scaffold base will also have to be erected to provide a level surface and support the weight of the structure.
Romy Westwood, director of the Affordable Art Fair said: "A contemporary art fair on the scale we require for our events on a very demanding site, means we need to work with reliable, competent suppliers.
"We have always been impressed by the consistent quality products that Neptunus delivers to its clients, and in the short time we’ve now worked with them, we’re also very satisfied by their efficiency, helpfulness and competitive price. We’re very much looking forward to building on this new relationship."
Neptunus’ previous art fair clients include Frieze Art Fair, Frieze Masters, Masterpiece London, the Pavilion of Art & Design and the LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair.
