US firm TBA Entertainment is launching into the UK and European corporate event market.
The communications and entertainment company is opening an office in London and has formalised a joint venture with 30-year music industry legend Harvey Goldsmith.
TBA has positioned itself as a world leader in the linking of creative and corporate communities to produce some of the largest event programmes in entertainment history.
The company hopes its alliance with Harvey Goldsmith will revolutionise the creation and staging of corporate events and artist management in Europe.
TBA chairman, president and chief executive officer Jock Weaver said: 'Over the past few years we have produced 3,000 programmes on a worldwide basis. It made sense to open up a London office to service European business.
The London office will have a staff of six. There are three components required to grow the business: strong industry affiliations, strong production capabilities and strong sales and marketing skills.'
TBA Europe managing director Harvey Goldsmith said: 'We will be targeting major corporations in the UK, looking for events with an entertainment bias. We will also be targeting European companies in a bid to broaden the base of our business.'
