The event, expected to be attened by more than 500 high-profile literary figures, is widely regarded as the most important literary award in the English-speaking world. For the first time in its 46-year history, the Prize has been opened up to writers of any nationality, writing originally in English and published in the UK.
Moving Venue will serve a specially designed autumnal menu showcasing British produce. The dinner will begin with seared scallops, pumpkin, sage and pearl barley risotto, sautéed chestnuts and smoked pancetta sage foam; followed by herb crusted rack of Kent lamb, onion puree, confit shoulder ‘cromesqui’, spinach, fondant potato and tomato jus and finished with port poached plums, plum puree and beurre noisette ice cream.

The evening will also be attended by HRH the Duchess of Cornwall, who will present the 2014 Man Booker Prize to the deserving winner.
