Moves of the Month

Event rounds up the major people moves over the last month, including new appointments at ClinkClink, Pretty Green and FreemanXP, promotions at Fuse Sport and Entertainment and the launch of a new agency.

ClinkClink

Brand experience agency ClinkClink announced the appointment of Rob Uphill as event director. Uphill previously worked at Go Live Events, and brings over 15 years of experience to the ClinkClink team. The appointment signals the start of a period of expansion for ClinkClink as it looks to its next phase of growth.

Pretty Green

Agency Pretty Green has hired Alex Parsons as account director of its experiential division. Parsons brings more than seven years experience in event production and experiential marketing to the team. She has worked with clients including Heineken, Ballantine's, Coca-Cola, Porsche, Google and Samsung, and has experience in delivering projects from small press launches, conferences and festivals to fully integrated, global campaigns. 

FreemanXP

Global brand experience agency FreemanXP appointed two senior vice-presidents in late OctoberPeter McGrath and Haluk Kulin will focus on creative, strategy and data respectively. Mcgrath, who was formerly a creative leader at The Walt Disney Company, is now FreemanXP's senior vice president for creative. Kulin was previously a global marketing leader at consumer goods company Unilever, and joined FreemanXP as senior vice president of strategy and data.

Fuse Sport and Entertainment

Omnicom Media Group UK subsidiary, Fuse Sport and Entertainment, announced the promotion of Lou Johnson to managing director. Johnson will now be responsible for the growth of Fuse Sport and Entertainment both in the UK and across the EMEA region. Since joining in 2010, she has already overseen a growth from 8 team members to 104.  

xPure

Founders of agency XYZ, Will Mould and Paul Stanway, have launched a new agency, xPure. xPure will be dedicted to insight research and talent relations, and is a collaboration between Mould, Stanway and Kerry Shaw, former chief operating officer of Ruby Pseudo Consulting. The agency aims to inform strategy and more effective business decision-making, as well as focusing on product placement, licensing deals and influencer marketing.
