The International Motorcycle and Scooter Show is to stay at the NEC for the next five years. Organiser MCI Exhibitions confirmed its decision prior to this year’s event on 9-18 November, which will feature celebrities modelling the latest bike clothes and accessories. “The event has been at the NEC since 1981,” MCI Exhibitions managing director Irene Yedd said. “We are pleased to cement our relationship with the NEC with this new contract, which will enable us to secure the additional exhibition space and accommodation we need to continue the expansion of the show.” More than 192,000 people visited the 2000 event in November.
