Morgan, who has worked at Crewsaders for the last six years, will take up a board advisory position at the company and revive his consultancy business James Morgan Associates.

Looking ahead, Morgan has confirmed a number of projects are in the pipeline. He will also continue in his lecturing role at the University of Westminster, and his voluntary work as affiliate chair for ISES EMEA.

Jeremy Berryman, managing director at Crewsaders, said: "James brought his invaluable brand building, content marketing and PR experience to Crewsaders some years ago. The results he has achieved for our business have been phenomenal.

"Whilst we are sad to see him leave his full time position we will be working together on strategic issues in the future."

Morgan said: "It’s been a great experience building a brand based on quality service values, and with a team that I respect for their foresight and integrity.

"Having been involved with Crewsaders for the best part of six years, it is now time to move on to other areas in the industry that I am passionate about."
