Each event will be themed around a different Ministry of Sound compilation album, and the line-up will include artists from Ministry of Sound’s touring roster. The launch event was named Throw Back Anthems.
Thorpe Park will keep a selection of its rides open until 11pm on each of the club nights, enabling partygoers to enjoy live music as well as experience the resort.
There is also an option for people to stay overnight at Thorpe Park’s accommodation offering, Thorpe Shark hotel following the event.
James Sutcliffe, head of events at Ministry of Sound, told Event: "We feel that the Thorpe Park audience is a good fit for the more commercial end of our event offering.
"The music policy at these events is both broad and accessible and we feel that with Thorpe Park, we have created a unique event proposition for the UK market."
This comes off the back of recent news that Ministry of Sound is looking to establish experiential partnerships with brands.
This is the second music event Thorpe Park will host this year. In April it was announced the park would host the Island Beats music event in partnership with Universal Music, Global Entertainment, Capital FM and Showcase Live.
Ministry of Sound will host club nights at Thorpe Park on the following dates:
- June 20th
- July 18th
- August 22nd
- September 26th
- November 7th
- December 19th
