Event has exclusive pictures of the launch of the system on 6 November during the Autumn International Wales rugby match against Australia.

Cisco Stadium Vision centrally manages and controls the delivery of unique HD video and digital content to each of the 450  television displays at the venue.

Stadium Vision delivers seven channels of HD video throughout the stadium from an expanded channel line up: two internal channels for use only in the stadium, offering exclusive live action, commentary or behind-the-scenes footage and five broadcast channels, to allow fans to catch up with the latest sports action from channels such as Sky, BBC and ESPN.

Two new 90sqm HD Daktronic screens will replace existing screens in the main stadium to offer fans unique perspectives to follow the game in greater detail, for example player close-ups and different camera angles.

The technology will also enhance corporate hospitality boxes with personalised videos welcoming guests, and the venue can use screens to promote upcoming events and can be used for branding opportunities.

Cisco UK and Ireland vice president and chief executive Phil Smith, Welsh Rugby Union group chief executive Roger Lewis and First Minister of Wales Carwyn Jones attended the event.
