Melville will provide shell scheme, electrics, pavilions, carpet and furniture for Health Ingredients Europe 2010 and Natural Ingredients Europe 2010 taking place at IFEMA from 16-18 November.
The two companies have worked closely together in the UK for several years.
The new deal will strengthen their relationship and allow Melville to expand its reach.
