Murphy brings 14 years of industry experience to the role, and was most recently employed at agency Line Up Communications. She has worked with clients including General Motors Europe and Glaxo Smith Kline.
Key responsibilities will include approaching new client partners to help build on the agency’s growth in 2015, and she will report in to the agency’s managing director, Nicky Milligan.
Hill has been promoted internally, and previously held the role of senior project manager at MCM.

The agency announced a strategic brand refresh and new offices back in September, and it took out the Creative Event of the Year category at Event Awards 2015 in October.
