The total attendance, pending an ABC audit, was 10,656 for the show, which took place on 23 and 24 February at Earls Court 2.
Organiser UBM suggested it was an indication that budgetary pressures on the marketing industry were easing.
"The visitor numbers over the two days are a real reflection of the buoyancy currently being reported within the industry," said event manager Natasha Berrow.
"Professionals are actively seeking out new investment opportunities and taking valuable time out of the office to keep up to date with what's going on in their industry. TFM&A's success reinforces the optimism that we are all feeling for the year ahead."
