Where is it?
M1NT is on Sloane Street, just yards from the world-famous Harvey Nichols store and on one of the capital's most exclusive stretches of designer boutiques.
What is it?
M1NT is a private members' club for shareholders, currently numbering 250, which opened its doors at the end of February. The price of membership packages varies from £500 to £25,000. This is the first time that the opportunity to part-own a club has been offered in place of memberships in the UK, and the venue is also available for corporate hire.
This is an intimate club designed to impress the most sophisticated of tastes. Its curved white surfaces reflect crystal chandeliers, which illuminate the long opaque bar. The space is ideal for dry hire as its unspoiled canvas of white contours and textures makes it perfect for themed events. Due to its exclusivity, the venue is currently only available for private hire during the daytime.
Who has been there?
Celebrities, society and influential business figures have been spotted rubbing shoulders at M1NT. So far this has included fashion designer Oswald Boateng, GMTV presenter Jenni Falconer, jewellery heiress Ilaria Bulgari and chef Gordon Ramsay. Michael Adam, music producer behind the Buddha Bar, is overseeing M1NT's creative and musical direction. It already has a list of potential suitors, ranging from multinationals to high-profile event management companies.
How do I get there?
From Knightsbridge tube station head south down Sloane Street and walk towards the Carlton Tower Hotel. M1NT is located at 164 Sloane Street, next to the entrance of The Rib Rooms at the Carlton Tower Hotel and opposite Prada. When you enter, head downstairs and you will find M1NT.
