The Pitch: London's highest public garden opened at the top of 20 Fenchurch Street in January, offering three storeys of landscaped gardens, observation decks and an open-air terrace.
Space to hire: Sky Garden caters for up to 450 guests, City Garden for up to 250 standing or 150 seated, and the Vinoly Room seats up to 18.
Don't Miss: There are three dining venues on-site. These are Fenchurch Seafood Bar & Grill, Darwin Brasserie and the Sky Pod bar.

The Pitch: The Brewery is opening a new courtyard space from June to August. The area will be transformed into a secret garden featuring two structures, complete with a raised clear roof and grassed floor.
Space to hire: The courtyard can hold events for up to 800 people, with organisers able to use one or both of the structures.
Recent clients: PlayStation and Flight Centre both used the venue's courtyard last year as part of wider dinner events.

BUILDING SIX AT THE o2
The Pitch: Building Six, a standalone club at The O2, is rebuilding its outside terrace space. It will open in May, with the aim of putting music at the heart of the venue.
Space to hire: The licensed terrace can host 700 guests, while 3,000 can be catered for across the entire venue.
Recent clients: Capital FM, Pernod Ricard, The Monty Python team, Thomson Reuters.

TANNER & CO SUMMER COURTYARD
The Pitch: Tanner & Co unveiled a newly refurbished courtyard space last July, part of a venue that was once a tannery and chocolate factory.
Space to hire: The courtyard holds up to 70 guests. For larger groups, the restaurant, courtyard and event space are available for exclusive hire for up to 450 people.
Recent clients: Warner Music, Channel 4, BBC, Gucci, Bibendum and Smirnoff.
