London Uncovered: Four blank canvas venues

The Pitch: This Scandinavian design-inspired, three-storey venue opened in August last year, offering three event spaces, including a restaurant.

Space to hire: The restaurant has 50 covers, while the upstairs space caters for 120 standing and the downstairs 190 standing.

Don't Miss: The restaurant hosts a guest chef series, each cooking alongside Carousel's resident chef and co-founder, Ollie Templeton.

The Pitch: The warehouse space, located in a former printworks building on the capital's buzzing Bermondsey Street, opened in January.

Space to hire: The venue caters for up to 200 theatre-style or 150 for seated dinners.

Don't Miss: The venue has sliding doors, which means the space is a popular choice for those needing vehicle access at corporate events.

The Pitch: This Grade II-listed building in north Kensington dates back to 1903 and is the former location of the Sunbeam-Talbot Automotive Works, where the Sunbeam car was first built.

Space to hire: The venue opened its fifth event space in January, a 33sqm factory boardroom that can host 32.

Don't Miss: The space features oak panelling and a marble fireplace.

The Pitch: The HAC, the London home of the Honourable Artillery Company, is a Georgian house set in a five-acre garden. It has recently upgraded its Prince Consort Rooms with LED lighting and a PA system, including digital speakers.

Space to hire: The Prince Consort Rooms offer a flexible canvas for up to 400 guests for a dinner, or larger numbers for an informal standing reception.

Don't Miss: The Artillery Garden is also available to hire for sports such as cricket, rugby, softball and football.
