The Pitch: D&D London's latest restaurant, slated to open this spring, is housed in a 930sqm building originally constructed in 1865 for the German Gymnastics Society.
Space to hire: Outdoor terraces with al fresco dining will seat 70, while the ground floor will cater for 250 for receptions or 120 seated. The first floor has room for 300 standing or 200 seated. A private area will host 50 standing or 36 seated.
Don't Miss: The sense of space - the floor-to-ceiling height is 17 metres.

The Storehouse, Merchant's Tavern
The Pitch: Private dining space The Storeroom launched in January last year at the Merchants Tavern, located in a Victorian warehouse and former apothecary in the heart of Shoreditch.
Space to hire: The Storeroom seats 22 guests or can accommodate 40 standing. Merchants Tavern caters for 130 and can be hired exclusively.
Don't Miss: Vintage pieces of furniture, including a record player with a selection of vinyl records.

The Pitch: The Grade II-listed building, former headquarters of Lloyds Banking Group, opened for corporate events last May. There is a copper-box kitchen that is reminiscent of a bank safe, along with a bank vault door, evoking the building's former purpose.
Space to hire: There are two: the main hall and the mezzanine level, which features a private bar.
Recent clients: Nike and Emilia Wickstead have used the venue for fashion shows, and the PPA held its awards there.

The Grill at The Dorchester
The Pitch: Housed inside the famous Dorchester Hotel, The Grill, which dates back to 1931, reopened last November after a refurbishment. The venue's original doors have been retained as part of the new look.
Space to hire: The venue can accommodate 65 people.
Don't Miss: Decor includes a spectacular Murano glass chandelier and counter top-style seating, as well as an open rotisserie to add to the experience.
