Each speaker session, which will take place twice on the second day of the show, will include a discussion with Giles Toosey of CENT Consultants, who is also a non-executive director at AOK Events and worked with the commercial team on the Official Hospitality Sales Programme for The 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles in Scotland.

In Toosey’s talk, entitled ‘The Hospitality Minefield’, he will explore how event professionals can ensure they are buying the right corporate hospitality package from the right supplier or agency, while avoiding the concerns surrounding the changing perceptions about hospitality.

Will Broome, chief executive of London Launch, will chair the third speaker session entitled ‘Summer Food and Event Design’, looking at the growing popularity of street food, the rise in special diets affecting set menu selection, and whether a three-course seated meal is a thing of the past.

In addition to the speaker programme, a light-hearted and lively cocktails versus wines tasting session at lunchtime, headed up by Patrick Hobbs, operations manager at Camm and Hooper. He will be showcasing a series of summer cocktail drinks ideas.

We have also extended the corporate day to 7.30pm to allow buyers to attend after work following review of the feedback from our Christmas Show."
