The firm, whose clients include the Department of Health, Cabinet Office and Central Office of Information, has cited repeat business, improved internal processes and technology innovation as catalysts for the growth.

"Successful growth and profit lies in close partnerships between our clients and account managers, plus forward thinking on event technology needed to power engaging events," said The Live Group executive chairman Jonathan Lewis.

"These two factors, coupled with a customer-driven attitude from all our people, have enabled us to buck the economic trend and strengthen our market position over the past year," he added.

In addition to its central government clients, The Live Group also boasts relationships with Ofsted, News International and BT through its core event management brand LewisLive, along with its audience engagement technology division LiveInteractive, venue-search facility VenuesLive, graphic house VisuaLive and newly created GreenGageLive.
