The contract will see Lindley’s work extended to all aspects of match and non-match day catering, as well as event management at the 15,728-capacity stadium, through to the 2022-23 season.
Under the initial agreement - a £1.25m five-year deal confirmed in 2009 - discussions were not expected to take place until the end of next season. However, both Lindley and Swindown Town FC came to a mutual agreement one year early to speed up plans to improve the ground’s hospitality and event facilities.
Jonathan Davies, The Lindley Group’s sales and marketing director, said: "Entering into this ten-year joint venture has confirmed the club’s commitment to retaining Lindley Venue Catering as its catering partner for the next decade.
"We look forward to establishing the county ground as a top choice venue for conference and event organisers in the area, as well as along the M4 corridor and beyond."
