The company has had its own in-house staffing division for a number of years, but hopes The Staff Republic will provide other agencies and brand owners with direct access to a higher calibre of event staff.
"Good promotional staff are vital to the success of any live marketing initiative, but all too often companies end up with bland ambassadors instead of engaging Brand Ambassadors," said The Staff Republic director Polly Barnes.
"The Staff Republic is different because our focus is all about individual characters with initiative rather than just pretty faces. We only provide talented people who understand marketing, know how to pull an audience and can actually build brand relationships, not simply hand out product samples."
The Staff Republic currently has more than 1,000 promotional staff on its books, many of whom have worked on previous Because experiential campaigns for brands such as Pampers, Adidas and Perrier.
