The distillery is transporting stocks of the spirit for the 12,000-strong crowd expected to attend the festival, which takes place from the 28 to 31 July in the Lake District, with bands including Rudimental, The Charlatans, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Madness taking to the stage.
It will be the only Cumbrian gin stocked at the festival’s Gin Bar at the music event.
Maria Duddin, events, business development and PR manager from The Lakes Distillery said: "We are so pleased that The Lakes Gin will be the only gin of local provenance available at Kendal Calling, a stellar lineup of Gin.
"It’s very much an artisan spirit and is intrinsically Cumbrian - distilled in Cumbria, made using water direct from the Cumbrian fells. It’s great to see Cumbria’s events showcasing true Cumbrian brands."
Emmi's Caffè Latte brand is to activate at Kendal Calling festivals this summer as part of its #MakeItAYayDay campaign.
Jägermeister will also showcase at the festival with its JägerHaus installation.
