La Belle Assiette - which translates as the beautiful plate - is asking guests to bring their favourite, weirdest or most wonderful piece of crockery along to the brand's latest activation. Chefs at the experience, which is taking place on 22 April in central London, will then work with the plate and guests' dietary requirements to concoct something unique.

Each plate's colour, texture, glaze and shape will determine how the food will look, and experts will be onsite to plate the food in a manner that will be perfect for Instagram snaps. The event will show that any piece of crockery, no matter how obscure, can be turned into a culinary masterpiece; a beautiful plate.

Guests will be able to enjoy a three-course Michelin quality meal, served alongside Nicolas Feuillatte champagne, which will complement the meals created by the chefs.

Last December, La Belle Assiette staged a Christmas Pretox event, which offered consumers the chance to pretox before the Christmas excesses.
